Pioneers - April meeting
The Pioneer Club will have a “musical Monday” on April 12th with the
Silver Belles from the Keen Age Center.

March 8th Meeting
Pioneer Club Events
On Monday, March 8th, you are invited to the noon monthly “carry-in” luncheon of Pioneer Club.
Since this time of year focuses on scouting, Eric Schmidt will update us on what is currently happening in our area with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. In his younger years, Eric took part in Cub Scout Pack 600 sponsored by Zion. Now, he is serving as Assistant Scoutmaster for a Boy Scout troop serving Belvidere and Cherry Valley.
Come for some good food, friendly fellowship, and helpful information.

Coming Up.. December 14th Gathering
On the Monday, the Pioneers will enjoy their annual Christmas dinner at non in the fellowsip hall. Punch will be served at 11:30am, so be sure to come early and enjoy this holiday fellowship.
Following the meal, the youth from Immanuel Lutheran School, directed by Dan Albrecht, will entertain us with seasonal dialog and music.

The Pioneers will meet on Monday, November 9 at 12:00 noon for their monthly potluck and program.

Lois Swenson will be our guest speaker, sharing stories from the Public Safety Building.
The sign up sheet for the Pioneer Christmas Dinner is on the bulletin board in the narthex.
Please sign up if you plan to attend on Monday, December 14. Punch will be served at 11:30 a.m. Dinner at noon. Cost is $8.00 per person.

The program will feature Steve Anderson giving a brief history of bagpipes and playing his bagpipes. Many of you know Steve from your association with Buck Wheeler Hyland Funeral Home in Belvidere.
Please sign up on the narthex bulletin board and kindly indicate the food dish you will bring.
